Cantonal Court in Livno activated Qualified Electronic Signatures
Today,
a mobile team of the Agency for
Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina
(IDDEEA) visited the Cantonal Court in Livno, where judges and employees of
this court had the opportunity to activate and download their personal
qualified electronic signature.
At
its session held on 5th November 2025, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial
Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) adopted conclusions related to
the introduction of the qualified electronic signature in the judiciary of BiH.
The conclusions provide guidelines for all judges, prosecutors, and members of
the HJPC BiH to obtain their personal qualified electronic signature, with the
aim of facilitating and expediting the process of verifying the assets and
interests of judicial office holders.
This
represents an important step toward increasing the efficiency and transparency
of the judicial system and ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
